Cookies

What we store

NEXT_LOCALE (cookie, 1 year): remembers your chosen language. Set only when you change the language.

dot_theme (browser local storage): remembers light or dark mode. Set only when you switch.

dot_seen (session storage): technical flag so the page animation is not repeated; deleted when you close the browser.

payload-token (cookie): only for signed-in gallery staff in the admin.

What we don't use

No analytics, marketing or advertising cookies and no third-party tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner – we only store what is strictly necessary or explicitly requested by you (Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 on electronic communications, implementing the ePrivacy Directive).

Third-party content

The map (OpenStreetMap) and Vimeo videos load only after you click “Show”. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); the player loads when you scroll to it and YouTube sets no cookies until you play a video.

How to delete

You can delete stored data at any time in your browser settings (clear cookies and site data).
